Please read the terms and conditions before booking your session. Your session payment signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions as a legally binding contract:

1. The relevant session fee is payable by the client in full within 48 hours to secure the booking. Payments are made by bank transfer or Paypal. The client acknowledges that the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Deposits are transferable if a date change is  necessary, however 48 hours notice is required.  In the unlikely event that the photographer has to cancel, the full booking fee would be returned to you. The session fee covers the photographer's time and talent and full use of props in the studio only. All images are purchased separately unless stated in session info. 

2. Final images will be ready to view within 3 weeks on an online  gallery. The gallery will be live for 2 weeks and within that time you can purchase your digital files and prints. 

3. Rose Blossom Photography has a minimum spend requirement of £120, which is the standard package.

4. Rose Blossom Photography will do everything they can to produce good quality images, however the photographer cannot be held responsible if  the child or baby is uncooperative with the shoot.  

5. The photographer's camera is the only camera allowed at the photo session due to the distraction it causes small children.
